Refund & Injury Policy

LIT Academy Baseball is committed to developing high-caliber student-athletes while creating a positive, memorable experience for every player and family. We understand that injuries can sometimes affect a player’s ability to participate, and this policy outlines the circumstances in which registration fees may be considered for reimbursement.

Any reimbursement is subject to the terms below and approval by LIT Academy Baseball.

  • Season-ending injury: A family may request consideration for a partial reimbursement of player registration fees when a season-ending injury prevents the player from continuing participation. Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and reimbursement is not guaranteed.
  • Voluntary withdrawal: No refund will be issued when a player or family voluntarily chooses to leave the program.
  • Program decision: If LIT Academy Baseball informs a family before the end of the program year that the player will not be asked to continue or return, a refund of $1,000 will be issued.
